These conditions are applicable for all reservations made for our B&B, unless otherwise agreed upon in written.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
After receipt of your reservation we will send you by email a confirmation of reservation.
The costs for your stay must be paid on the evening before you departure in cash (euros).
PREMATURE DEPARTURE
In case of departure before the end of the booked period we will charge you for the full amount of the period of reservation.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is a local tax which we have to charge our guests and which we have to pay to the tax collector office.
The exact amount of this tax is established by the government. This tax is not included in the price for the room per night.
The tax will be charged separately on your final invoice.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You are welcome to arrive between 15.00 and 21.00 hours, departure is possible between 07.30 and 11.00 hours.
In case of belated arrival we kindly request you to inform us by telephone.
BEHAVIOUR
We expect our guests to respect the tranquillity in and around our B&B and to treat our belongings, buildings and furniture in the way they are intended to be used.
When making a reservation you commit yourself to leave the accommodation in good order and condition after your stay.
ANIMALS
You are not allowed to bring your domestic animals with you.
In case a guest arrives with animal(s) we will cancel the reservation instantly. Refusal of entry of a guest with animal(s) can in no circumstance be considered as an alteration or annulation of the agreement from our side.
In this case there is no entitlement for any compensation from our side
SMOKING
Our accommodation is a non-smoking area. Smoking can be done outside the building, you can ask us for an ashtray.
We ask our guests not to leave any cigaret ends or other garbage and not to take the ashtray inside.
RESPONSIBILITY
We decline every responsibility in case of theft and/or damage of luggage and possessions, vehicles included.
GENERAL
By reservation you confirm having taken notice of these conditions and to accept them without restrictions.
